Staff at the reception can help you plan your stay and they truly go above and beyond. During my visit, one of the staff members provided me with detailed information about the nearby attractions, Masuccio Salernitano Marina and Travelmar-Biglietteria Salerno. They made it sound as if exploring those places would be worth the effort of climbing Mount Everest! Their enthusiasm was contagious and it made me even more excited about the activities on my agenda.
Construction going on.

The host Alessandro was very nice and helpful, even calling to check our arrival time and explain how to get to the place. the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was nice, with a lady who brought us tea and good cappuccino. the location was great, just steps away from the main street, and the apartment was well-equipped and nicely designed, with a lovely terrace. the host prepared amazing croissants and espresso for us. the room was spacious, clean, and had a nice view of the sea. the cleaning staff was friendly and accommodating. a great stay for both couples and families with children.
Felt totally at home, nothing to complain about.

Title: Lovely surprise, great staff! The staff at the reception were so helpful, they practically planned my whole stay for me. And the daily breakfast.wow! They even had options for gluten-free and vegan diets. The small terrace was a nice bonus too.
Oh, and did I mention the plastic bowl under the leaking sink? So chic.

There were several negative aspects of our experience. the room was small and had an internal window, which was quite disappointing.

Everything you need is within a short walking distance, from the old town to the city center. the abundance of cafes and restaurants nearby gives you plenty of options for dining. the comfortable bed ensures a good night's sleep.

The location was fantastic, outstanding, and great value for the money. Communication with the accommodation was good, and the hosts were helpful. The bed was the most comfortable we had in Italy. It was great to have hot water for the entirety of a shower. The kitchen with a fridge and microwave was a nice addition.

The host was very friendly and helpful, providing us with directions and ensuring we had a comfortable stay. the bed was extremely comfortable and the breakfast offered a nice variety.
The parking situation was a bit confusing and the staff at the garage were not very accommodating or friendly. We were charged a higher rate than advertised and had to leave our car keys, which made us uneasy.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my Christmas getaway. Just a short walk from the train station, it made it easy to explore the city. Plus, the bed was really comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing. Another great aspect was the spacious bathroom, giving me plenty of room to get ready in the morning.
the bathroom had some flooding on the first night, but it was quickly repaired the next morning. it did make strange and loud sounds throughout the night, which woke me up.
